Veyinoothala kona | Lord Lakshmi Narashima Swamy Temple | Pendlimarri

Veyinoothala Kona, as the name tells that there are around thousand’s  of wells are situated in this place in Olden days. But Presently there are two main wells (gundam in telugu) with full of water, which is very nearer to the temple. These thousands wells are situated in and around this temple shrine place or in the hills. You can spot the Seshachalam hills too at this place.

You can plan a Half day/one day (you need to cook the food at the place) trip to this place. There are no hotels in the place. Especially on Saturday lot of people will have darshan for this temple.

How to go:

From Kadapa: The temple is at approx. 30kms from Kadapa by bus route. APSRTC buses are there upto Pendlimarri village(bus from Kadapa to pulivendula/vempalle), from there you can hire an Auto-rickshaw to the Veyinoothalakona place. Bus inquiry can get from here.
